ZeroGnosis: The Art and Practice of Knowing Yourself (and the Rigged System You’re Trapped In)
I write for the thinkers, the seekers, the ones tired of chasing “success” inside a rigged game. This shifts the focus from grinding harder in The System… to learning how The System works and who you are beneath it, so you can finally escape. Most people have zero Gnosis — because they have no knowledge of Zero. Welcome to ZeroGnosis. Can you crack the code to Zero?
I’ve always been the type who asks too many questions.
The kind of questions that make people uncomfortable.
The kind that get you kicked out of Bible study when you’re eight years old (Yes, that actually happened).
I wasn’t trying to be difficult. I just wanted to understand.
“But why?”
“How does that work?”
“What happens before the beginning?”
Simple questions. Dangerous questions.
Because when you start asking the questions no one else wants to hear…
You find out pretty quickly that most people aren’t searching for Truth.
They’re searching for comfort.
But I wasn’t built for comfort.
I was built to know.
I’ve spent most of my life digging through the usual places people tell you to look.
I started with Religion, Science, and Philosophy.
I then studied Eastern Mysticism and Esoteric systems like alchemy, hermeticism, Rosicrucianism, theosophy, Gnosticism.
I read Manly P. Hall’s The Secret Teachings of All Ages cover to cover two times, looking for the clues.
I can’t lie, I learned a lot about a lot of different subjects.
I would consider myself a “Jack Of All Trades – Master of None” type of person.
I’m not too good in any of those subjects but I know a little about it all.
Shit, I even dabbled in Psychedelics and had some life-changing experiences.
But after all that…
Every time — every single time — I’d hit the same wall:
Too much metaphor.
Not enough reason.
Plenty of stories. Plenty of symbolism. Plenty of “feel your way there.”
But no real answers. No foundation.
I started to wonder if maybe I was the problem.
Maybe I was too skeptical.
Maybe I wasn’t spiritual enough.
Maybe I just needed to believe harder. Meditate longer. Open my heart wider.
And the longer I wrestled with that thought, the more something in me pushed back.
If it’s true… shouldn’t it make sense?
If it’s real… shouldn’t it hold up to reason?
But then I stumbled upon a strange series of books.
The God Series written by Mike Hockney.
I almost skipped past them.
I was burned out on belief systems and tired of promises.
But the first few pages of the first book caught me off guard.
This wasn’t asking me to believe harder.
It wasn’t asking me to feel my way there.
“We do not expect you to 'believe' us. We reject faith and belief and we are interested only in reason and knowledge.”
— Mike Hockney
It was asking me to search. To think. To follow logic wherever it leads.
No mysticism. No hand-waving. No “just is”
It started at Zero.
Where the story was supposed to begin.
And for the first time…
Everything started to make sense.
Look, I’m not your guru or expert.
I’m just someone who refused to stop asking the questions that matter.
Someone who stayed curious a little longer than I was supposed to.
And if you’re still reading this, maybe you’re someone like that too.
Someone who’s felt the same nagging sense that the answers you were given aren’t quite enough.
Someone who’s been searching, wondering why none of the maps ever seem to lead home.
If that’s you — if this is hitting somewhere you’ve felt but couldn’t put into words — Then I’d like to show you what I found.
But first, you need to understand exactly why everything else has failed.
Let’s go deeper down the rabbit hole.
