ZeroGnosis: The Art and Practice of Knowing Yourself (and the Rigged System You’re Trapped In)
I write for the thinkers, the seekers, the ones tired of chasing “success” inside a rigged game. This shifts the focus from grinding harder in The System… to learning how The System works and who you are beneath it, so you can finally escape. Most people have zero Gnosis — because they have no knowledge of Zero. Welcome to ZeroGnosis. Can you crack the code to Zero?
By now, you’ve seen why every map you were handed was destined to fail from the start.
Not because you didn’t believe hard enough. Not because you weren’t spiritual enough. Not because science hasn’t run enough experiments yet.
But because they all skipped the one place the story was supposed to begin.
Zero.
And that’s exactly where Ontological Mathematics (OM) starts.
OM was first introduced by Mike Hockney in The God Series. It makes a claim so big, so different from what you’ve been told your whole life, that most people miss it the first time they hear it:
Math is not a tool we use to describe reality. Math is reality.
Not the kind of math you hated in high school. Not numbers on a chalkboard. Not equations written down after the fact to try and explain the world.
We’re talking about math as the actual substance of existence itself.
The eternal, living structure that generates reality directly from Zero.
Or as Hockney puts it in Hyperreality: “EVERYTHING comes down to ontological zero. This is the most important number of all.”
But that raises an obvious question:
Why Zero? Why math? Why does this explain what nothing else could?
Let’s slow down and answer that properly.
The Principle of Sufficient Reason tells us that nothing can exist without a reason why it must exist — and not otherwise.
If you start with something — a particle, a god, a spark — and you can’t explain why it exists necessarily… You’re not explaining anything. You’re just telling a story.
Zero is the only place where that story can logically begin.
That’s because Zero is perfect balance. Perfect symmetry. A state where every +1 has its -1, every frequency its counter-frequency.
It’s not emptiness. It’s not absence.
This isn’t “no-thing.” It’s nothingness as something — a balance so perfect that it gives rise to motion.
This is why Zero is the only possible foundation for existence.
Zero contains within itself the seeds of its own motion, its own becoming.
While representing perfect equilibrium, it simultaneously houses infinite dynamic tension between opposites.
Zero doesn’t just allow for existence—it makes it necessary.
The Principle of Sufficient Reason demands a self-explanatory starting point, and only Zero fits the bill: a state that must exist because its perfect balance makes it the mathematical default of reality.
From this foundation, all mathematical structures—and therefore all of existence—inevitably flow.
The moment you have perfect balance, you have the basis for math.
Because balance is math. Symmetry is math. Waveforms — sine and cosine, +1 and -1 — are the inevitable language of balance.
Math isn’t a description of reality. It’s what reality is.
So if Zero is the foundation, math is the structure.
Math is the form. Frequency is the motion.
A sine wave isn’t “a thing.” It’s an oscillation between polarities. It’s balance moving.
And here is where every other system collapses.
Because motion cannot explain itself.
Matter doesn’t move itself. Particles don’t calculate. Atoms don’t understand.
The waveforms of existence aren’t pushed by some external hand.
They aren’t moved by outside forces.
The motion is inherent. The motion is mind.
Only mind moves. Only mind calculates. Only mind knows.
Mind is not something inside the system. Mind is the system. The eternal, self-moving, self-solving system.
This universal mind requires structure – a mathematical architecture that can both contain and express itself.
In Ontological Mathematics, these systems are called Monads — minds structured as frequency, solving themselves mathematically.
Put simply: Zero = Mind = Monad
Now, some people reading this part may say this stuff is too confusing or too hard, “Make it simple,” they cry. “Shouldn’t Truth be simple?”
As Manly P. Hall wisely observed: “The eternal cry of man is ‘Make it easy.’ We do not realize that we must grow up to things. It is a great mistake to attempt to bring Truth down to ignorance… Man must be brought up to Truth. He should eternally aspire toward the highest. He should never seek to drag things spiritual down to his level.”
And others reading this, may get the gist… but then wonder “okay this sounds good but what the hell does it have to do with me?
The answer is — Everything.
This has everything to do with you.
Why?
Because you are not a body that happens to have a mind.
You are mind. You are a monad. It’s all in the Math.
In fact, YOU ARE MATH. You are frequency.
More importantly, YOU ARE ZERO solving itself.
You are not an accident. You are not a creation. You are not a product of chance.
You are the answer.
The question has never been: “What Is the Meaning of Life?”
The question has always been: “What are you?”
And now that you know what you are — a mind solving itself through eternal mathematics — the meaning becomes inherent.
It’s not assigned from outside. It’s not a cosmic mission statement handed down from above.
The meaning is in the solving itself. In the becoming. In the mathematical journey from Zero to infinity.
Can you see it now?
If not, that’s okay. All that means is we still have more work to do.
